ஏழைகள் உட்பட அனைவருக்கும் குறைந்த விலை வீடுகள், தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப இணைப்புகள் கிடைக்கும். மக்களின் பங்களிப்புடன் இணைய தள நகராட்சி நிர்வாகம் நடைபெறும். சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாக்கப்படுவதுடன் பெண்கள், குழந்தைகள், முதியோருக்கு தகுந்த பாதுகாப்பு ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்படும்.

ஈரோடு மாவட்டத்தில் பெரும்பள்ளம் ஓடை மற்றும் அதனை சுற்றியிருக்கும் 4000 ஏக்கர் நிலங்களை ஸ்மார்ட் நகரமாக மாற்ற இருக்கிறார்கள்.
1. Increase ground water level and save water quality
ReplyDeleteErode has quite enough of number of industries, tanneries and other companies in & around the city. Due to the water discharge from many of these industries ground water, canal waters and river waters were polluted very deeply. Though we have 2 rivers water resources, Ground water level at Erode city and throughout the district as well was very worse. Also a separate line or canal should be planned for these industries to discharge the industry wastes.
2. Lack of road facilities
Though the city was formed as district capital from 1979, most of the areas still have poor road connectivity. In core areas of the city, like Eswaran Kovil Rd, Netaji Rd, RKV rd where many textile companies and houses are located but couldn’t be reached easily due to narrow roads. Erode is the only municipal corporate in TN without any bridges. To make ease of commute for any passengers, industry vehicles and emergency vehicles we need to rebuild the city infrastructure and build bridges.
3. Lack of Public convenience
City lacks or even it doesn’t have enough number of public conveniences at many places where pubic gather in huge numbers. The one which constructed in Erode main bus stand also poorly maintained. We should build or have enough no of public convenience to make this city clean.
4. Lack of Public Park and / or public entrainments
Though erode in one of populous city with more revenue there is no proper public parks and entrainments developed by governments in and around the city. Zoological and Scientific parks, Hangout places should be developed and properly maintained.
5. Boost Tourism industry as well
There are many places in and around erode (Ex. Bhavani, Kodumudi, Bannari Amman Pilgrims places, Sathyamangalm Tiger reserves, Dams – Bhavani Sagar, Perupallam Dam, Kunderipallam Dam, Vellode bird sanctuary etc..) by properly maintaining these tourism places and prominently promoting it, Erode will also earn revenue from tourism industry as well.
6. Lack of network connectivity
In many areas within Erode City there is lack of network connectivity (mobile, internet, wifi) by network providers. Services provided by most of the networks are not up to the mark when comparing to other cities like Chennai and Coimbatore.
7. Providing shelter and / or budgeted homes
Still many peoples were living in slump areas on the banks of canals running within the city, by providing shelter or homes to these places away from the banks of canals, water pollution, blocking of canal path, polluting city from human wastes will be prohibited.
8. Develop new buildings with renewable energy sources and installing the same on all possible existing building
Due to increase in the industrial growth in most of the parts of tamil nadu, we are in lack of electricity supplies to industries and households. By developing a city with renewable solar energy panels for new building and water saving system implemented, it will save both the government and privates, by saving their cost and resources.
