Job Description
Responsible for Productivity,Machine breakdown , Product quality & workmen ship
Distribution of work load to workers and supervising shift production in order to achieve production and quality target through proper planning and scheduling
Knowledge of tube , slug extrusion process is added advantage .
Troubleshooting and solving technical problems
Responsible for preparing Production MIS Report, Daily Production Report (DPR), Finished Goods Stock (FG).
Planning the preventive maintenance and diagnosing Breakdown problem, Directing, instructing & supervising maintenance technicians during shift hours
