Carry out 4S and general house keeping duties as required.
Follow Organization rules & regulations; be punctual to the office timings.
Clock on to personal time card upon arrival and off upon departure.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Do the job right the first time
Use all the protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customer vehicle i.e. seat cover, floor mats, fender covers & steering wheel cover.
Ensure all customers’ requests on the repair order are completed to high quality standards.
Treat customer vehicles and belongings with care.
Maintain an adequate inventory of all technician hand tools to meet the service & repair requirements
Strive to complete all repair orders with in the time allocated
Identify and advise CGT of any additional repairs items found
Carry out final inspection of all work completed and endorse the final inspection mirror hanger.
Maintain accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every repair order.
Transcribe clear accurate account of all work completed onto the repair order.
Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
Assist qualified senior technicians as requested.
To attend all In-House training classes and also to share your experience.
Skill Required
Experience with all necessary aspects of vehicle mechanisms and systems:
1. Engine. 2. Drive Train. 3. Frame. 4. Electrical.
Contribute to total customer satisfaction by proper and timely execution of all repair orders.
Carry out service and repairs with zero comebacks.
Complete all repair orders with in the time allocated.
Achieve monthly productivity target as set by the Service Manager.
Return the Customers vehicle in a clean condition.
Ensure Dealers quality control standards are maintained.
Accredited as an Automobile Technician.
To Read, Write & Speak In English.

Basic Automobile Knowledge

Age: 19 - 26 Years
