Job Description
Exposure to Machining of Cast Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze and Aluminium
CNC Turning & CNC Turn Mill Programming & Prove out (or)
CNC Machining Centers with 4th & 5th Axes Programming & Prove out (or)
CNC Grinding Machines Programming & Prove out.
Aluminium Die Casting, CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, CNC Press Brake, Hydraulic Presses Design of Production Aids and Process Establishment.
Assembly of Products and Testing in Conveyor Lines and Fixing Assembly Quality Issues.
Exposure to latest Cutting Tools and Manufacturing Trends.
Exposure to Surface Treatments Heat Treatment, Plating, Anodizing, Blackening, Phosphate, Painting and Powder Coating
Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, Process Sheets, Quality Audit Plans, Process Audits & Product Audits.
Exposure to 3D Modeling & 2D Drafting
Design of Production Aids Hydraulic Fixtures, Jigs & Gauges.
Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, VSM, PFD, PPAP, PCP, PFMEA, 5S, SPC,6 Sigma, TPM & TQM
Kaizens - Continuous Process Improvements Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale
Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving Structured Approach through 7QC & 8D
Exposure to ISO 9001- Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System (EMS), TS16949, OSHAS & Internal/External Quality Audits
