Job title: Chef
Location: Tamilnadu/Sonepat/Bengaluru/Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation, presentation and standardization of recipes in all sites.
• Plan and supervise the preparation of dishes according to the prescribed recipes.
• Consistently maintain standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavour of foods in all sites.
• Develop new ideas for promotions, food festivals and other special events, whenever required, in all sites.
• Ensure that all the processes and checklists are followed and maintained accurately in all sites.
• Ensure that the goods are stored as per the laid down norms of the company in all sites.
• Ensure that safety and hygiene policy is strictly followed at all sites.
• Training the kitchen staff.
• Spearheading and controlling activities related to purchase, store, food, cost, portion, budget, and kitchen.
Profile:
• Technically qualified chef.
• Past 2 years must be working as a sous chef in 5 star hotel or reputed business hotel.
• Preferred candidate must be multi cuisine, with hands on practical experience of working on the range.
• Must be with good leadership skills, communication and interaction skills with ability to lead, train the team.
• Team Working and collaborative.
• Process oriented.
• Assertive.
