Internship for MBA - MARKETING Candidates

Location : Chennai (But may need to travel PAN India)
Position Objective :
Market research analyst should conduct quality market research on Customer relationship and satisfaction, Customer segmentation, competitors' activities and customers' wants and needs. The Market Research Analyst is principally responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. Should possess strong skills in communication and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Gathering and analyzing market data by devising the methods and procedures for obtaining data, such as conducting Internet, telephone or direct-mail surveys or face-to-face customer studies
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
Conduct research on customer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals and other professionals
Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into simple report format and present it to Functional head.
To present all research findings concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services
Deliver timely reports on research findings as per the agreed timelines
Qualifications:
MBA Marketing (Freshers)
