Eligibility:
6 months - 6 years (NON TECH/TECH/Voice /Semi voice, IT helpdesk /service Desk, BPO,KPO,Customer support ) Excellent Communication.
6 months-6 years exp for Dc-ops from Remedy, ticketing tools, monitoring with Good Communication.
Candidates from Technical Customer support from a BPO background with min 6 months international calling with excellent communication can also apply.
1) IT Servicedesk: -
Primary role: Providing core IT Infrastructure support and Troubleshoot for only IT GLOBAL Clients on the basis of Laptop, Desktops, Hardware and Software.
2) DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DC OPS):-
Primary role:
Providing core IT Infrastructure support and Troubleshoot for only IT GLOBAL Clients on the basis of Networking , Server Monitoring, Server Backup , Remedy , Usage of Ticketing Tools.

2. Excellent English communication is mandatory
