Control & ensure efficient and uninterrupted operation of Sulphuric acid plant by maintaining all critical parameters within specified limit during the shift to achieve overall objective of Sulphuric acid plant with Power Plant and company as well.-Productiona Sulphuric Acid / OleumEnsure there is no limitation in achieving targeted productionb Steam GenerationTo ensure the specified Steam generation-Qualitya Sulphuric Acid / Oleumb Boiler Water / Steam -Cost EffectivenessSulphur norms reduction and Power consumption to reduce production cost-Problem SolvingTo analyse the complexity of the problem through cross functional team and its rectification with time schedule.-Training & DevelopmentTo train and develop subordinates to improve their skill-Safety Environment & HygieneEnsure safe environment to achieve zero accident-System Improvement. To improve / Modify the system for repeated problems in Process & Operation
