Education & Relevant Experience
DME/B.E (Mechanical) with 1 to 3 yrs of experience in the field of rotating equipments preferably Wind Turbine Gearboxes/Drives in the service
Responsible for NCR related activities
Should have exposure in computer knowledge for documentation work & NCR related activities
Experience in Design support function
Knowledge of design calculation tools like Kisssoft or similar
Good exposure in lubrication
Inspection and validation of Gearbox/Drives at Field/Supplier end
Business Understanding
Provide technical support to SBU related to Drives
Travel to sites all over India based on requirement
Responsible for effective communication with supplier regarding warranty claims/technical issues
Preparation/review of procedures/work instruction for service related issues in Drives
Design support
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of Design of Mechanical Power Transmission elements
Basics of Wind Energy, Power generation
Basics of main gearbox, couplings, bearings, sensors used in WTG (is an advantage)
Basic modeling and analysis software (AutoCAD, ProE and Ansys)
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication skills
Good analytical ability / problem solving skills
Good team working skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project)
Knowledge and Skills
