We  are urgently looking for B.com graduates for the post of Executive and Senior Executive at Flipkart on CONTRACT .

Overview of the Role:

"The opening is for executive and senior executive role in operations team.

Key responsibilities of role include the following -

Payments:
Preparing purchase orders and managing reconciliations, accruals for eBooks,pBooks and non category payments
To ensure timely payments for eBooks, Non category payments and pBooks
Overseeing the resolution of all payment related requests/queries for the Books Category
Regular and indepth analysis of payments made to eBooks vendors

Business:
Identification and resolution of gaps in invoices and purchase orders raised for pBooks
To ensure timely payment account creation for all new vendors onboarded for eBooks
Work with cross functional groups to ensure speedy execution and resolution of matters of priority

Process:
To introduce automated systems to eliminate existing manual processes in the system"

Experience: 0 to 1Year

Salary: Upto 2.25 Lakhs

Knowledge and Skills Required :
Basic Knowledge about operations
Retail Industry Knowledge
Excel Analysis
High degree of Accuracy
