*Position*: Specialist HR
*Role*: Employee Helpdesk (HR helpdesk)
*Job Location*: Perungalathur (Shriram the gateway)
*experience*: 0-2 years
*Max CTC*: 2 Lacs Per annum (for freshers) and max 2.5 Lacs(for experienced)
*Transport facility*: Both Pick up and drop available
*Responsibilities*:
Attending employee related queries from global employees of Sutherland.
Providing appropriate solutions to HR related queries through call and email.
Supporting in HR back office operations.
*Shift*: Rotational shift(24/5 support)
*Note*: Should posses excellent communication in order to interact with global employees. Candidates in international voice process who wants a change in HR field are also eligible to apply.
*Qualification*: MBA(HR) (or) MSW preferred. Other graduates with strong communication also can apply.
