Responsible for shop floor discipline and enforcement of company rules.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
Must be able to communicate effectively within the International organization vide oral and written means.
Establish new processes/processes improvements, develop & install new machinery on line to improve cost and quality performance
Helping the team in preparation of process sheets and other process documentation such as Process Flow, FMEA and Control plan for all processes.
