Overview:
Location : Gummidipundi
Position Objective :
Provide technical assistance in handling customer projects and help to generate technical data on assigned projects to create product specific technical literature to develop new business from our product against conventional or competitor’s product
Responsibilities:
Plans and handles assigned project actively and generate scientifically sound and correct data which may further be used to generate technical literature.
Responsible to conduct lab analysis of food sample for top 15 customers and complete minimum of 90 % of annual projects without errors with no more than 50% supervision.
Write reports of weekly activity and handover to reporting manager on first working day of sub-sequent week.
Understand day to day record keeping and help in maintaining them.
Maintain and operate the lab equipment effectively and handle the trouble shoot, basic repair of the lab equipment independently.
Responsible to conduct method validation of the lab equipment at regular intervals.
Ensure to send weekly and monthly reports to manager – CLS
Responsible to maintain etiquette of the lab
Require to submit the full report of assigned project at the end.
Qualifications:
Fresher with MSc / M.Tech /B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology / Biotechnology / Food Chemistry/ Food Science
