Assistant Manager- Procurement (for Abu Dhabi) in Jindal Saw Ltd

Job Description
1.Interview, identify, and qualify potential new vendors or suppliers in order to secure more cost-effective Sources.
2.Maintain accurate auditable records of all procurement process which result in high process compliance.
3.Analyze trends and market conditi ons for the present and future pricing, availability, lead time and capacity of different material.
4.Develop and implement all purchasing policies and procedures.
5.Conduct efficient and collaborative procurements which are corporately compliant (advice, tendering, evaluation award & contract management) and which result in a high value adding commercial outcome.
6.Reviews proposed major purchase contracts for compliance with plant requirements. Ensures appropriate value is received for money expended.
7.Generate & process PR & PO through SAP for OPEX & CAPEX procurement.
8.Maintain MIS on Price lists, Regular purchases, Supplier information, Purchase orders etc.
9.Maintain all the data & reports in SAP.
10.Manage team that develops and delivers purchasing and inventory reports, required documentation, and quality reports.
