Job Description
We are pleased to inform you that we are in the process of hiring Management trainees for our office in Madurai. The internship / Training period will last for 6 months & post successful completion of internship, the Trainees will be absorbed as Relationship Managers.

Internship / Training Period for Management Trainees will be of 6 months duration. During this period, the trainees will get a good exposure on:
Back Office Operations
Dealing Operations
Portfolio Tracking
Financial Planning
Further, the trainees will have to clear the relevant NISM exams during this period. On successful completion of internship, trainees will be absorbed as Relationship Managers.
Key responsibilities for this role would involve:
Client Acquisition and servicing of clients.
Revenue generation from Equity products
Cross Selling of Insurance / Mf's / commodities
Remuneration
During internship period (6 months), a monthly stipend will be paid to all Trainees. Remuneration will be revised upwards post successful completion of this training.
