Job Description for Premium Voice Support (Airtel Help Desk):
Designation : CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)
Location : Nungambakkam (Cathedral Garden Road), Chennai
Work Schedules : 6 days a week
Shifts : {Morning / Afternoon / Evening} No full night shifts
Compensation : 95,578 – 1,45,578 P.A. CTC incentives depends on performance (Fixed salary-based on the performance increment hike in CTC)
Excellent communication skills in any one regional language {Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada}
Candidate with good English speaking skills desirable
Proficiency in computers with understanding of telecommSelf-Confident, objection handling skills, customer centric, flexible for shifts.
