Job Description
Planning, controlling and reviewing the production operations
Responsible for Meeting production targets with quality and safety.
Responsible for Audits, Performance appraisal, 5S and discipline on the shop
Ensuring and reviewing the Production, Quality, Maintenance and supporting teams are in coordination and working properly.
Responsible for Cost control, Inventory control, waste management, reprocessing activities.
Ensuring the optimum use of men, material & Machines.
MIS to senior leaders.
Incharge of Production in Main Mould Area. Responsible for enhancement in Product Quality, Product yield and Ease of Operation and safety.
Making shift schedules, Job allocation/Work allotment.
Cross functional coordination between different teams like quality, production, Maintenance.
Production Monitoring, Troubleshooting, 7QC tools, CAPA.
Material Management and Inventory control.
Skill assessment of employees, Technical training to subordinates.
Implementation of Lean management, 5S, Kaizen.
Providing safe and healthy work environment.
Maintaining the cycle time below 24 hrs and meeting the customer requirements with quality products on time.
