Executive - Industrial Relations
• Develop and execute recruiting plans for company & government apprentices and other Blue collar employees.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Periodic monitoring of long absentees and effectively fill open positions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Post openings in newspaper advertisements
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be qualified in PM & IR / Social Work
• Candidate should have handled IR functions in manufacturing background
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
• Good interpersonal skill
• On time completion of tasks assigned
• Excellent Communication skill in both English & Tamil

Experience Required: 2 - 5 years
