Receiving of maintenance jobs from users dept./wards/OR etc. by online/through phone calls. Allocation of works to the Dept. workers i.e. carpentry, masonry, plumbing and painting
Allocation of maintenance works to the petty contractors for civil, plumbing, Alu. & carpentry works
Carrying out maintenance work through dept. workers/petty contractors
Co-ordinate with the user departments for carry out maintenance works
Arrangement of materials for works from Engg. (Stores) or purchasing from market for execution of works
Supervision & execution of minor project works upto 5 lakhs, preparation of estimates, work orders, Datas for maintenance works as well as minor civil project works
Maintaining record of completed jobs
Carrying out preventive maintenance works like external structural repairs, masonry repairs, maintenance of roads, etc. Maintenance of drainage & water supply facilities, external cleaning of high rise building, terrace cleaning, OR ICU preventive maintenance etc
Preparation of bills with respect to maintenance jobs and as well as projects
Maintaining records of periodical & Preventive maintenance schedules
